UCA Farnham has extensive halls of residence for students with its Student Village and recently opened University Walk.
Right in the heart of the action of campus life, both the Student Village and University Walk offers a friendly community where you'll feel right at home.
Our accommodation comprises single bedrooms, each of which comes with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair – you can put your personal stamp on it with your own soft furnishings.
New to UCA – Union Yard: Moving successfully into our second year of agreement, UCA is excited to share our newest addition to student accommodation options, Union Yard. Built in the nearby town of Aldershot, Union Yard is an off-campus Accommodation agreement between the University and a private purpose-built student Accommodation provider.

University Walk
Comprised of 5 stylish buildings, University Walk was built for to accommodate more than 250 students for their time in halls and have the full student experience. Each flat sleeps up to eight students in single en-suite bedrooms, has a shared kitchen and dining area as well as six fully accessible bedrooms across the site for students with disabilities.

Student Village
In keeping with the original design of the University, The Student Village at UCA Farnham features award winning, purpose-built houses and flats just a minute's walk from campus for up to 345 students.
The student village is perfect for students wanting to consider accommodation with varying price bands. Housing up to eight students in each flat or house, this accommodation contains single study bedrooms, with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. Each bedroom features a washbasin, with selected rooms containing an en-suite.

Union Yard
UCA is excited to offer our newest student accommodation option* – Union Yard.
Based in the nearby town of Aldershot, Polden Studios consists of 128 newly developed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Whilst this accommodation is not on campus, it is a welcome extension of university life and a safe space for students to adapt to independent living.
Unless you are a blue badge holder, there is no on-site parking, however Aldershot's transport links makes the University easily accessible for all students. The accommodation is under a 10-minute walk to the station and a 5-minute train journey to Farnham, an anytime Day Return is only £2.90† (with a 16-25 railcard).
Alternatively, buses go directly from outside Union Yard into Farnham up to every 20 minutes, 7 days a week. Students can travel for less with discounted student bus tickets. For more information, visit the Stagecoach website.

The allocation of rooms is carried out randomly. The University cannot guarantee to offer students their first choice regarding the location or size of the room allocated.
Please consider the number of rooms available for each room type when applying for accommodation.
If you are offered a place in university accommodation, you will be asked for an advance payment of £300. You should deduct this from the first payment of your Residence Fees.

- We operate a no-smoking policy in all our residences and buildings
- There are no parking facilities
